Send Us Your Media

We can read about any video file type.  Your DCP will only look as good as your source file is.

You will want to provide us your best master file you can. We recommend QuickTime ProRes 444, ProRes 422HQ, DNxHD 175x… Other formats are accepted if they are your best source.

Let us know if your file is in any color space other than Rec.709.

Files must have square pixels & meet the HD, UHD, 2K or 4K flat or Scope DCI specifications.
( 2048×1080, 1998×1080, 1920×1080, 2048×858 & 4096×2160, 4096×1716 3996×2160)

Files should not have black borders in more than one direction. (letterbox or pillarbox but not both)

You must provide us with the projection aspect ratio and the current aspect ratio. If they differ you must state how we are to convert between the two. (i.e. Crop HD 1.78:1 to 1.85:1 for projection) if you want us to change anything.

Audio can be embedded into the QuickTime file and if  5.1 should be as follows. L=Left, R=Right, C=Center, LFE=sub, LS=Left Surround,
RS=Right Surround.  If you are only  doing a stereo, we should only receive 2 channels.

If providing serrate audio they should be wav files ( 48Khz, 24 bit) and they must be able to sync with picture at the same frame rate the picture is at and the audio and should start at the same frame or each file must have a single frame Two Pop two seconds before start of program if we are getting separate audio and video.
